Feeding systems for aseptics
E+K Sortiersysteme develops customized solutions for integrated and stand-alone machines in the pharmaceutical industry. With over 20 years of expertise, we ensure the safe handling of objects in sterile processes and maximum process stability in sensitive environments such as cleanrooms, isolators and RABS. We comply with pharmaceutical guidelines and laws such as cGMP, CFR and GAMP.
Among other things, we offer reliable feeding and processing of components such as mushroom stoppers, piston stoppers and lyo stoppers for pharmaceutical filling systems. We develop cGMP Annex 1-compliant systems and processes and guarantee gentle product handling and high performance for both bulk and RTU processes. Simple format changes and easy-to-change format parts enable flexible adaptation to different requirements.

Applications Aseptic processes
Our sorting and feeding systems are specially developed to operate in aseptic processes that take place in sensitive clean room environments, isolators and under the highest hygienic requirements. Our systems guarantee outstanding process stability, electropolished surfaces thanks to our own electroplating procedures and surfaces in contact with the product with the lowest roughness depths. If required, we can carry out system qualification in DQ IQ/OQ for our systems. In addition, our solutions offer concepts and options for simple set-up processes and line clearance for processing small batches.
