Vibration technology is the basic technology and core competence of E+K Sortiersysteme. This technology is used in sorting bowls, linear tracks and vibrating tables and offers a product-friendly conveying method with high performance. E+K sorting and feeding systems use vibratory drives, developed and produced in-house, to ensure gentle feeding and controlled transportation of bulk materials. This is particularly important for sensitive or fragile objects.

Our vibratory drives have been specially developed for the gentle transportation of objects and generate vibrations using electromagnets, which are controlled by our EKS frequency control units, among other things. This vibration technology makes it possible to handle products with high capacities while protecting your objects as much as possible.
