Spare parts
In industrial production, time often is crucial. Due to a high level of vertical integration, we can provide spare parts quickly and flexibly. Standard components are always in stock and therefore available at short notice. With our comprehensive spare parts packages, we also offer a good solution for typical wear parts. If required, our experts can also carry out installation on site.
Format Parts
E+K feeding systems can easily be converted using our format parts. Thanks to lightweight format parts and easy handling, formats can be changed faster and without the use of tools. A single machine can process several formats thanks to the addition of format parts like centrifuge rings, sorting devices, and linear tracks. In collaboration with our customers, we ensure that the interchangeable formats contribute to a cGMP Annex 1-compliant system.
Modification
Apart from format changes, we offer complex modifications for existing machines. We install new formats on-site, future-proof existing machines, and modernize them to match the state of the art.
Maintenance, Servicing, and Warranty
In addition to individual maintenance contracts, regular inspections, and repairs, we also rely on predictive maintenance. Thanks to advanced technologies, analyses, and decades of experience, we can identify potential problems before they occur and minimize downtimes. We thus ensure current as well as future functionality.
Support and Training
We offer remote support via phone or online as well as on-site support, conducted by experienced staff. Not only do we accompany production on site, we also offer training sessions for operators and project-related training for feeding systems and special machines.
